REFUNDS/EXCHANGES - Only garments of clothing can be returned for a refund - postage costs are not refunded or reimbursed. You may always exchange for another size or a different garment from our shop for the same value. We always want you to be happy with your garments. However you must make your return/exchange with in 7 days of receiving your items. All items for refund or exchange MUST be in brand new, unworn or altered condition. We do not accept garments back that have deodorant or any other stains. Please try on garments with care. Also Garments that have any odors IE: Cigarettes, Perfume etc are not returnable. Items purchased during a sale or special offer (for example with a promotional code or free postage) can not be returned for refund but may be exchanged where possible. Please include a note in with your item with your NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS AND WHETHER YOU WISH FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. Please contact us if you have any questions - [email protected]

DELIVERY - Garments are posted Royal Mail signed for. For other items, please see the items description box on the product page. We can post internationally and to BFPO addresses but please email [email protected] prior to placing your order for a quote. International orders are subject to a £20 minimum order and returns are not accepted. Some of the garments are designed and handmade in America, so if we sell out or a design is not available on the website, please expect a delay of up to 4 weeks for delivery
